At Ezor, we prepare your orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery times vary between 2 and 6 days, depending on the delivery method you choose.

Please note that jewelry that has been worn or removed from its sealed bag cannot be returned.
